Inspection Comments | INSPECTED LOCATION AS REQUESTED BY IDPH FOR PRODUCT RECALL ON WANABANA APPLE CINNAMON FRUIT PUREE POUCHES. THE FACILITY HAS ALREADY DESTROYED THE POUCHES THEY HAD ON HAND. THEY HAVE POSTED THE RECALL NOTICE ON THE STORE SHELVES. THEY STILL HAVE OTHER FLAVORS OF WANABANA FRUIT POUCHES (WHICH ARE NOT MENTIONED IN THE RECALL NOTICE), BUT NONE OF THE APPLE CINNAMON. NO ADDITIONAL ACTION OR FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PRODUCT RECALL. |
